Full card details, UPI PINs, OTPs and similar sensitive payment credentials are not intended to be stored by iBonusPAY in full payment-credential form where such information is handled directly by the payment gateway/provider.
Payment providers may independently process information under their own privacy policies and applicable obligations.

- device identifiers where applicable

- approximate technical/location information where necessary and permitted

4. Wallet, Withdrawal and Verification Data
Where a user requests a Wallet withdrawal, we may collect information necessary to process the withdrawal, such as beneficiary/account or UPI details and information required for verification.
Additional identity information, including PAN/Aadhaar-related information or other KYC information, may be requested where required by applicable law, provider requirements, risk controls or applicable transaction limits.
We will not request sensitive identification information unless there is a legitimate reason to do so.
5. Sharing of Information
Information may be shared with service providers where necessary to provide requested services, including:
- payment gateway providers;
- banking/payment partners;
- recharge providers;
- bill-payment providers;
- Gift Card/digital-product providers;
- cloud/hosting providers;

However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users are responsible for protecting passwords, OTPs and account credentials.

- fraud prevention;
- resolving disputes;
- accounting and business purposes;
- complying with applicable legal/regulatory obligations; and
- establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.

iBonusPAY permits users aged 13 and above to access eligible services subject to applicable law.
For users below 18, additional safeguards, consent or verification may apply where required by applicable law.
We do not knowingly seek unnecessary personal information from children.

The Platform may contain links or integrations to third-party websites and services.
Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and users should review those policies before providing information.
12. Promotional Communications
We may send service-related communications necessary to operate the account.
Where legally permitted, we may also send promotional communications.
Users may opt out of promotional communications using available unsubscribe or account-preference mechanisms.
