7. Wallet Is Different From iBonus Diamonds
Wallet balance and iBonus Diamonds are separate forms of value.

iBonus Diamonds are promotional/reward units and are not cash.
They cannot be withdrawn as cash.
8. iBonus Diamonds
The current conversion value is:

Accordingly:

- 1,000 Diamonds = ₹10
Diamonds may be earned through eligible promotional, cashback, referral, campaign or other earning mechanisms introduced by iBonusPAY.
Diamonds may be used toward eligible purchases/services on iBonusPAY, subject to the applicable product rules.
Eligible products may allow Diamonds to cover up to 50–60% of the purchase value, as specified by iBonusPAY.
Diamonds do not expire unless the applicable promotional terms expressly state otherwise. The current general rule is no expiry.
Diamonds cannot be converted directly into cash or withdrawn to a bank account/UPI.

Digital products and Gift Cards/Vouchers are electronic products.
Delivery may be made through:
- the user’s registered email address;
- the user’s iBonusPAY account/dashboard; or
- another delivery method specified for the particular product.
Once a valid digital product, Gift Card or Voucher has been successfully delivered, returns or cancellations are generally not permitted because digital codes may be immediately accessed, copied or redeemed.
If a product is invalid, technically defective, or delivery fails despite successful payment, iBonusPAY may provide a replacement or eligible refund after verification.
Gift Card expiry, where applicable, is the user’s responsibility.
10. Mobile Recharge
Users must verify the mobile number, operator and recharge plan before confirming a transaction.
A successfully completed recharge is generally non-refundable and non-reversible.
Where a recharge fails and the user’s money has been debited, the eligible amount may be returned to the iBonusPAY Wallet after transaction verification.
11. DTH Recharge
The same principles apply to DTH recharge.
Users must verify the subscriber/customer number and service provider before confirmation.
Successful DTH recharge transactions are generally non-refundable.
Failed transactions where money has been debited may qualify for Wallet refund after verification.

iBonusPAY may facilitate eligible payments including electricity, water, gas and other utility bills.
Users are responsible for checking:

If a transaction fails and the user’s money has been debited, an eligible refund may be credited to the Wallet after verification.
13. Payment Processing
Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways and service providers, including Razorpay and Cashfree, as applicable.
Payment credentials such as card details, UPI credentials, PINs or OTPs are intended to be processed by the relevant payment provider and are not intended to be stored by iBonusPAY in full payment-credential form.
Users must comply with the terms and security requirements of the applicable payment provider.

Recharge, bill payment, Gift Card, digital product and other services may depend upon third-party providers, APIs, billers, merchants or service networks.

We may suspend or terminate accounts and cancel promotional Diamonds or benefits obtained through abuse or fraud.
16. Account Suspension and Closure
Before voluntary account closure, users should withdraw eligible Wallet money and use or otherwise deal with eligible Diamonds according to available Platform functionality.
Where an account is scheduled for suspension or closure, iBonusPAY may provide notice through email or other available communication methods where appropriate.
Nothing in this clause prevents immediate restriction where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or protection of users.
Any remaining balance will be handled subject to applicable law, verification, unresolved disputes and the applicable Wallet terms.
